I am 68 years old and I have always worked in my life and that’s why this is embarrassing for me to do. A few years ago, I had to stop working to take care of my elder mother and just rely on my savings.
I knew my finances were going down, but I did not care because she was more important than anything else. She recently passed away, and realized I was in big trouble financially.
I filled out many job applications and I could not get one.
I am trying to get a reliable transportation so I can start working for myself. I am planning to start a “dog poops pick up” business, or deliver pizzas or do Uber, whatever it takes to get out of this situation. But I really don’t have the money for a car down payment, which is about $4000, that’s all I need, a car down payment.
I will really appreciate your help and promise that when I get back on my feet, I will give it all back and pay it forward too.
