I am in need of desperate funding help. I am restarting a business in Illinois, that has been pretty much dormant since 2022 due to prior health issues. (Now resolved). . My mission while making a living is to offer training and employment for people difficult to employ such as :
- ex-offenders,
- especially disabled veterans,
- special needs individuals.
- An environment conducive to their individual abilities, needs and requirements. We offer a variety of training in 3Dprinting, CNC laser cutting, thermal vacuum forming, rotational molding, and general Artisan skill development. All as a paid “on the job” training Criteria. We will offer extra training in a classroom like structure to those who want to excel in personal development beyond our workplace requirements. Options to allow for them to leave our establishment and pursue other employment elsewhere with the training tools we provided. an open revolving door to go thru.
I have started operations already with a core group of myself and 2 other management people. I have been paying for the company’s operations out of my own pocket up to this point. It has kept us alive but barely on life support. I need at least 5 people in management(including myself), to oversee and begin my training and production processes.. More people will be added to our training program after we reach production goals and are established ready to implement our business plan.
I need approximately $50,000.00 to jump start and afford the management employees ( part-time) for our start up for approximately 3 months , to afford their training, purchase tooling and construction materials used in our processes, and other mandatory expenses such as our lease and utilities to accommodate this restart. Any considerable amount towards our projected funding goal would be most appreciated.
