Hello everyone. I am a small business owner in need of financial help. I acquired the family business from my father ten years ago. Due to heavy competition, the numbers I am doing now are nowhere near what I was doing the first five years. I am seeking $250,000 ( I know it is a lot). I am one year behind on paying my father for the business, I have major mandatory improvements that must be done per my insurance company (the roof and the parking lot). Once these are done, I can concentrate on cosmetic repairs and improvements as well as advertising. Right now I am just trying to keep the doors open and it is a struggle.
