I’ve spent months building the foundation, crafting the menu, forming relationships with Maine based vendors, and locking in a builder for a custom trailer. What I need now is the final push to bring the vision to life and get this business rolling.
Here’s exactly where the $40,000 in funding will go:
- $32,000 – Custom built 14 foot food trailer (equipped with griddle, steam well, refrigeration, prep space, and propane system)
- $5,000 – Initial inventory and supplies sourced directly from Maine vendors (local beef, potatoes, bread, produce, etc.)
- $3,000 – Permits, inspections, and licenses required by the state and municipalities to legally operate
