I’m Ted, a high school and trade college graduate. A car accident required the rejoined-amputation of my leg and could not return to the electrician trade Consequently, after a rehab fight I stayed motivated and retrained myself in property management and development. Since infancy, my parents raised us in a large home along with many unique physically and mentally disabled individuals. I continued these family experiences during my property management career, coordinating leasing through community mental and physical handicap facilities. I owned properties throughout various counties and was gaining success to build a large cancer center and tri-level storage units, along with my 17 rentals and former primary home I built. Except for my current primary house that was a rental, scammers stole all my properties via recorded fraudulent deeds, and the government trustee facilitated the theft during an 18-year fight. Overwhelmed, I had a stroke, and again I fought and regained my constructive function through therapy, exercise, and a natural diet.
After conjuring up many years of past taxes, despite my CPA and IRS Collections saying I owe nothing, the IRS departments fight internally, leaving me with the eventual loss of my home. I’m not alone. Hope others will join to litigate through the Federal Claims Courts to recover losses from government misconduct. When it rains it pours worldwinds.
