We are in need of some financial assistance at the moment. We own a small business relating to senior healthcare which enables the elderly to be monitered at home rather than in an assisted living facility or nursing home. We expected this business to supplement our retirement income. Our business is conducted out of our home via emails and over the phone. However, we have been cheated out of a good sum of money. This person filed bankruptsy so we cannot take him to court. My husband is now working a full time job outside of the home at 73 years of age and it is a physical strain on him. Our current business project will not see any payout until 3-6 months from now. We do not want to file bankruptcy as we have never failed to pay any bill we have owed. Any help anyone can give so we can pay our bills and not file bankruptcy will be so much appreciated. We estimate we need around $30,000 to carry us until our business income can support us.
