I have less than 48 hours to save my home. Without immediate help, it will be taken from me (just learned about this platform a hour, ago). Just days before my approved refinance is set to close. I never imagined I would be in this position asking for help like this. But today, I truly need it. My home is scheduled for foreclosure on May 5th. I am currently refinancing and my new loan is already in motion with a closing date set for next week. However, the lender will not delay the foreclosure – even knowing the refinance is about to go through.
To stop the foreclosure, I must come with $12,000 immediately. This covers legal fees, late fees and accrued interest. Without it I will lose my home right before securing a loan that would put me back on stable financial ground. This is incredibly humbling. I’ve always been someone who gives and helps others, not someone who asks. But I am holding onto faith and believing that help can come in this moment of urgency.
