I genuinely thank anyone who takes a moment to consider my request for a donation of $1,400. Two weeks ago, my home suffered serious plumbing issues, necessitating the replacement of the sewer pipeline, two toilets, and my garbage disposal system. This unfortunate incident has greatly affected the savings I had earmarked for a family event planned for December 31, 2025. I have attempted to obtain personal loans and have reached out to family members, but unfortunately, I have not been successful. Therefore, I am now reaching out to anyone who might be willing to assist me in raising the $1,400 required to fulfill my obligations. Please understand that this is my first experience in a situation where I must rely on the generosity of strangers to hear my story and offer their help. Once a female soldier who defended this country in its time of need, I am now a disabled veteran. My only source of income is a monthly disability payment from the Department of Veterans Affairs; my disabilities do not qualify me for additional support from the Department of Veterans, as I have not lost any limbs that would necessitate housing modifications.
