I am a 70 yr old woman and I live alone with my 2 fur babies, I am on a fixed income and I just recently had my car repossessed and it was my only transportation,, I live in a small town that has no public transportation and to get a taxi in this town you have to call a day ahead of time to get one. I feel like I’m stuck in a situation that I can’t get out of, I live in the basement apartment and it feels like a dungeon,, I don’t mean to complain but with no way to get anywhere is a horrible feeling,, plz help me if you can
