I lost my retirement savings when I invested in a local biotechnology company. I was an inexperienced investor and fell for the CEO’s hype.
My second mistake was accepting money from Hometap for a percentage of my homes equity. I now owe Hometap $120,000 as of today. My mortgage balance is $325,000 and the combined total is $445,000.
My wife has been through the medical ringer through her life and it is very difficult to manage her care when I need to work 60 to 80 hours per week. This is also not sustainable due to the fact that I and going to be full retirement age soon.
My wife has multiple health challenges. She spent weeks in the hospital at the OHSU campus and has forever changes to her most basic faculties.
I would greatly appreciate anyone who has the means and desire to help me take care of my wife full time.
