Hello! My Name is Eddie. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
Let me take you back to July 3rd 2015. That’s the day my 5 siblings and myself lost our mother. Never having experienced such a major loss in our family it was rest assured we became undone, our family in a deep depression and pretty much in shambles we didn’t exactly know what was next. My brother and I decided to take our 4 sisters in and thought we could all use the company and support. After a few months we all kinda felt our elbows bumping and my sisters decided to move out but moved out having left my brother and I very short on rent.. im not here to trash my sisters, we love them to death im just laying it out clearly for anyone reading this. So kicked out of our place since then my brother and I have pretty much been on our own, moving from barely affordable place to place including hotel rooms and extended stays, luckily we have a seasonal job that takes us back every year and have been able to survive off our paychecks to paychecks that way. . .
And now let me bring you to the present day or 2 weeks ago anyway… sitting here alone watching financial advice on YouTube i get a phone call from Mexico.
“Hello?” “Is this Eddie? Do you know a Martin ****? “Yes that’s my dad” “I’m sorry to inform you but your father has passed away” my heart drops, filled with guilt over having an estranged relationship with him and barely ever talking…”thank you for letting me know”. Now I have the task of informing my brother and sisters. My thoughts go ‘that’s both parents taken by a heart attack 💔
And now…it’s the end of the year, the season is just about over and my brother is getting ready to move in to a house with his pregnant girlfriend and i have but weeks to maybe a month and a half to figure out what I’m gonna do or where I’m gonna go. I’m a big boy in age and physically and I’ve been taking steps to improve my health mentally and physically(especially my heart). I am 36, I’m an artist and I’m no stranger to hard work. I’m just at a point in my life that I know if i had 10,000 to $15,000 I know for a fact I could afford the tools i need to start my own life the way i always wanted to. I can get a decent car, an iPad a laptop and start a profitable business using the lifelong skills I’ve acquired.
Im tired of struggle with no reward and i ask humbly for your donation so I may have the opportunity to drastically change my situation, way of living and ultimately my life.
