My name is Dean Andrejczak. I live in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. I am 60 years old and struggling to stay current on my mortgage payments. I am married with four children, my youngest is the only one left at home.
Last winter I was unemployed from December to January and I became over extended. I have $270k in equity and thought I could get a HELOC loan. My house has been on the market for sale since February. We are trying to sell it to relocate to Maui, Hawaii.
However, due to it being on the market, the bank will not due a loan on it. I had few options. I discovered that there were high interest loans available on line. I am an optimist at heart and believed that if I took them that I would get my act together and pay them off soon. I ended up taking nine small high interest loans and they are crushing me. I can’t seem to get ahead of them and they are preventing me from staying current. I am all about integrity and keeping my word. I can’t seem to get ahead of them. I haven’t had a late payment in 4 years. After The 16th of the month I am considered late but, not 30 days late and that’s what I’m trying to avoid.
I need an angel to help me through this difficult time. I am willing to pay the money back or pay it forward.
Once the house sells I’m willing to pay it back.
We are also going to inherit a large sum of money within the year most likely. However, I need to satisfy the bills now. the mortgage waits for nothing.
My mortgage is $2178.45
My high interest loans total just under $9000
I will pay back any moneys upon the sale of my house or when the inheritance comes in. Either one is likely to happen within the next 10 to 12 months.
Please know that I believe in a higher power and that I will honor paying you back.
Integrity is the only thing I truly own and I put myself in this situation because I am an optimist to a fault it seems. I am grateful for this life and it’s challenges… I just need a helping hand as I am at this crossroad and humbled by this challenge presented to me.

I vow to do the same for someone when my ship comes in. We are one this planet to lift each other up and I didn’t ever expect to be the one lifted. I’m usually doing the lifting with small random acts of kindness. I’m in a hard spot and can’t seem to find resolution by my own means. I need to meet this obligation or I feel like I jeopardize my integrity. Please pray that my house sells before the snow flies if not sooner. Then my problem is solved.
