We need hardship financial help with our hot water heater. It busted a few days ago. We submitted a claim, but the Insurance will not pay for it., as we are new with the company. We have to come out of pocket.
We are boiling water now for baths and dishes etc.
We need at least $1500-$2,000. For the Hot water heater, and the installation cost. All money has gone out for bills and food. We are absolutely broke now.
please help immediately, if possible.
