My name is Jennifer and I have a dog named SidMurray. Sid and I have both broke our left legs and neither one of us can walk. I broke mine first when I was hit by a car in January 2024. I was crossing in the crosswalk the vehicle didn’t stop and didn’t see me and I broke my ankle my foot and shattered my heel.
The driver that hit me was uninsured. I have been off work since the accident and I have no short term disability.
Sid injured himself while I was at one of my doctor’s appointments. He was limping when I got home. I have no idea what happened.
My power was shut off yesterday. My landlord is threatening eviction. Sid needs more medical attention. I need physical therapy. The list goes on unfortunately.
This is my first attempt at fundraising to ask for help. I don’t think we will make it on our own this time.
If you can help, anything will be greatly appreciated. I will give it back for the next unfortunate person struggling to get by.
