The reason I am making this post is because I am in a bit of a rough spot. Unfortunately my grandfather is in the hospital right now and I am not sure as to when he will get out. I am the one taking care of the house right now, so that being said I am really overwhelmed and stressed as I type this. Also, my SSI is not cutting it which means I am struggling to stay above water. I am running low on food and money to buy it, plus I still have just about three weeks to survive until my next check. I am trying my very best to find any kind of work, but no one is hiring at the moment. I have been denied every job I have looked into, and to top it all off I am living day to day hoping and praying I can make it through the month by the skin of my teeth. I also fear for next month because this has become a pattern where the money has to last thirty days even though SSI does not give me enough. I am in need of financial help to get food, pay bills, new clothes, and any other essential things I might need. Not to mention I want to put some away as saving for a rainy day. I know that you as a donator see posts like mine a lot more than I can even imagine and I know that this site is called begging money, but I honestly have no other option as I write this. I am afraid if I can not pay the bills and keep food in the house I could go homeless or end up in a shelter. I do not just go around asking for handouts, but I am definitely treading on thin ice. Any and all help would be deeply appreciated, and go toward keeping the bills paid, food on the table, getting my clothes washed, and getting the essentials that I need for this month and most likely next month. I am currently looking to raise $1,900, and the reason it is only that is that SSI will only allow me up to $2,000. I want to stay under that to keep my check and benefits where they are.
