I have always been the primary caretaker for my children, if not the only caretaker. My ex is 15 years older than me, I allowed him to manipulate and abuse me for years, and now I have to fight for myself and my children. He has left bruises all over my body, given me black eyes, cursed me in front of my kids, and I stayed because I didn’t have the money to fight him doing this. I know God is watching over me though, and he is going to guide me through this.
