My name is Latoya, and I have a burning passion for making a positive impact in the medical field. Ever since I was young, I’ve dreamt of becoming a medical doctor, and now, I’m reaching out to ask for your support in making that dream a reality.
The journey to becoming a doctor is a long and challenging one, both academically and financially. Unfortunately, I’ve faced a significant hurdle along the way. I tragically lost both of my parents to cancer, an experience that profoundly impacted me. Witnessing them battle this disease in hospitals highlighted to me the urgent need for change within the medical field.
Despite the heartache of losing my parents, I am more determined than ever to pursue a career in medicine. I firmly believe that the medical profession needs compassionate individuals who are committed to making a difference. My goal is to become one of those individuals, advocating for patients and implementing positive change in the healthcare system.
