This is a new business, five dollar and below, Trinity Dollar Outlet LLC, situated in Houston Texas. I plan to retire next year to this business and so I have struggled and gotten loans towards it. I have a location already, but the loans i took out in February this year, i am already repaying. Permits and inspections took longer than envisaged. I have been paying back about $2200/monthly towards loans. Rents will be about $3000/monthly. Outside signage is costing me about $5000. January 2024, i may not have funds to repay loans, pay rents and do signage. I will need assistance for a year in these areas, until the business can stand. I will also employ someone to run it, until August 2024, when I hope to retire.
