Dear Community,
We are facing a sudden and heartbreaking situation. For the past 15 years, we’ve called a small house in Cleburne County, AL, our home. Sadly, our landlord has decided to demolish it due to its deteriorating condition. Despite its flaws, including a collapsing living room floor, it’s been our haven. Efforts to repair it ourselves have been denied, leaving us in a dire state.
The challenge we face now is immense. We lack the funds for a down payment to secure another place to live. The housing market is tough, and our financial situation doesn’t allow us to get financing without a substantial down payment. This place isn’t just a house; it’s where we’ve built our life over the last 15 years.
Our situation is urgent. We need to find a new home, ideally in the countryside, where we can start anew. This is especially critical as we have animals that are part of our family. Without help, we fear we’ll end up homeless, and our beloved pets may end up in a shelter.
