Hi to all that are reading this. I grew up not knowing what i wanted to be in life so college right after school didn’t seem like the right thing to do for me. Years later I tried to go to an ITT school but wrecked my car due to falling asleep at the wheel from working during the day and school at night. I was the only one funding this adventure and i just didn’t have the type of family that pays for their kids college. Fast forward to 2009 where I learned real estate, self taught online and retired from corporate around 2018 to start doing handyman work along side the real estate. Shortly after that, covid hit and tenants weren’t paying their rent because most were starting to be jobless, thus draining my reserves. This was a major hit on both businesses because of the covid restrictions.
I’m looking for a couple of things through this site. 1 $75,000 and that would allow me to pay off accrued business debt (taxes, interest, loan) and for the second, maybe some mentorship to keep growing.
