Thank you for taking the time to read my request. I am a single mother who recently has gotten my daughter back home after her father took her from me against a court order and his wife basically turned her against me with lies. My daughter was and is my life. So i am thankful to have her back home with me its been a blessing. I have had quite a few health issues that have led to me no longer being able to work. Ive applied for disability but am in the appeals process with no decision date in sight. I most recently had total hip replacement that has left me unable to walk and unable to complete daily living alone. I also just this week went to the dr who is sending me for testing for inflammitory breast cancer. My daughter is finally back where she feels safe and secure and due to me not being able to work i have fallen behind in rent and city utilites. I am terrified of losing our home and most importantly losing my daughter again. I am asking for help to pay my unpaid rent in the amount of $5000 and my city utilites in the amount of $900. Please help me to save our home. thank you again.
