Across Africa, a housing crisis is silently choking the dignity of millions. From Nigeria to Ghana, Kenya to South Africa, Cameroun to Rwanda families in the working and middle class live in rented slums, uncompleted buildings, or overcrowded rooms — because owning a home is an unreachable dream.
Why?
- Mortgages are virtually non-existent.
- Bank loans carry crippling interest rates upwards of 25%.
- There is no viable housing insurance framework for low- to middle-income earners.
Our Mission: Raise $5,000,000 in Tranches to Build Dignity, One Home at a Time
We have secured land through a joint venture for the first pilot location in Nigeria.
Now, we are raising $5 million — not all at once, but in stages — to fund a mass housing initiative for Africa’s upper-band middle class and underserved masses.
This will go towards:
- Land servicing and infrastructure
- Building standardized, cost-efficient, durable homes
- Water and electricity installation
- Road access within the estates
- Documentation, transparency, and legal compliance
Our first goal is to raise $500,000 to $1,000,000 per tranche as we build, document, and scale — showing impact at every level.
