DIABETES IS KILLING ME

I am by names of mwesigwa abraham from Uganda am writing to inform you that I have been suffering from diabetes for the past 6 years, which has rendered me unable to care for myself on certain occasions. As a result, I face difficulties in working some times I just set and sleep coz my body is week all the time and my kidneys are failing to function properly and my wife left me because I couldn’t help her the way I used to financially Furthermore, due to this illness, I have lost most friends business and my eyes are deteriorating i need to go for a eye surgery in two months time and I don’t have any financial support am seeking assistance .
