I am a man that is 34 years old age residing in South Africa, although I am Zimbabwean by origin. I have an urgent need I need assistance with which is my mortgage amongst other loans I took during my business dealings. Those loans made me to rush my family from the previous place we were staying as loan sharks were coming after their money.
I just got a mortgage which started repayments in February this year, and My business has been low. I am in Road construction and plant hire, although I do not own any plant I work as a broker, brokering between end user and owner of plant.
I ran through bad business deals last year and contracts have been tough to come by leaving me In debt of 40000Usd. It’s not that I am not trying but i have come to a point of not knowing what to do, as the bank it’s self is saying if I don’t pay up even half in a few days I will loose the house. The house that us now our home to my self and my wife our new born baby boy and his sister. We have my brother in law and his family as he is going thru a rough patch himself, loosing his job and when his baby was born in May 2024.
My wife and I would regularly cook food and give to the homeless but we had to stop due to our situation not being well right now.
