I’m Edi Cossio, a 48-year-old living in Colombia. Since April 26, I’ve been unemployed after losing my job due to the economic crisis impacting my country. My company had to terminate contracts for over 48 employees due to a lack of tech projects. I’ve applied to more than 47 positions, but finding work in Colombia after turning 40 is incredibly challenging.
