I live near the University of Science and Technology (NUST), where locals and exchange students struggle to find affordable accommodation. My property has a large yard, and I have developed a plan to build three to four affordable flats for students. This initiative would provide a safe and budget-friendly options for those who cannot afford the high costs of living elsewhere.
Additionally, I want to open a small barbershop on the property, where students can get affordable haircuts and present themselves professionally for classes and job interviews.
I am a single father of two boys and work as a government driver/messenger.
