Hi :) my name is Nikki, I’m 29 and an artist working in the medium of sculptures. I do environmental art projects making giant sculptures and outfits from beach trash and city trash, depending where I am geologically in those moments. I have been a dancer on an off for many years dancing then traveling doing environmental art projects and volunteering, now I am back in America to come back and really focus on a huge dream iv had for awhile and that is to turn my art into a brand and go on long expeditions of scuba diving around the world and turing the trash into treasure 🙏 so cleaning up the oceans and making environmental art exibits out of the trash we collect from each expedition. I kno this dream is big and maybe farfetched for some people to conceptualize, but when your heart knows something it will follow the path no matter what. I have made multiple giant sculptures with trash and have done some amazing volunteer work in other countries.
I am now ready to put full attention on building this big idea into reality and what I need this money for is to open up a websites, make professional promotion videos about the project, get my scuba diving license, marketing and reaching out to people all while being able to do this without going to dance at the club. My mind is in a place where I don’t like going to dance anymore and it’s not a healthy place for my heart to be.
I would need around 5,000 and about a month or two to really get everything executed for the bigger step, I’m also working on t shits that people people buying them they will go to the bigger project as well.
