This feels weird to me to do but I will take anything just to see my husband comfortable.
Let’s start with the ending of 2019, my husband finally goes to the hospital as I begged him to get a check up due to some issues he has been having. Long story short they ended up doing a MRI and Cscan to find out that he has a brain tumor. Mind you we are still in our 20’s about to be in our 30’s so as you can guess I was stressing. As the new year started aka 2020 with the whole pandemic things ended up getting worst. It went to the point where I was racing home in snowy/ice weather because I had a message saying he loved me and to be kind to myself. He ended up getting some help and as the pandemic continued so did his health isssues.
Along with is brain tumor that is growing like a mushroom with no chance of surgery, he also has sleep apnea, arthritis, had surgery on both of his feet for support, and recently we discovered his spine is now leaking. My husband is fit and does well so to have all this happen to him has been soul crushing. It’s basically a matter of time before he ends up in a stupid box in the ground and I ducking hate everything. I love him and I have to deal with this dread of knowing I’ll be alone in the coming months!?!?! I wish I could fight whatever holy thing is out there just to have him longer.
The one thing my husband has ever wanted was to travel to Japan, and financially we can not afford such a trip. My family has my sister and her son to watch over and my husbands parents have abandon him for his younger brother now. I wish I could raise enough money to get him to Japan and to take him everywhere for a week or 2. But when I was looking into it for 1 person it totals around $3-$4 thousand dollars!
To end this all, I just want to ask for anything. I don’t care if I don’t eat or sleep or even if I have to sacrifice even more, I just want him to visit Japan before he dies. The world can be a cruel place and I understand how these years have been to us. All I will say is any amount will help, I will give him the world before death takes him.
