Hi, my name is Fakhruddin from Malaysia, I’m in my late 20’s. I’m unemployed and currently suffer from Hypertension stage 3, Sinus, Asthma, Spinal cord Injury, Transient Ischemic Attack, Cardiomegaly. It is important for me to let you know my backstory that led me to this path in asking for financial assistance to help me get my life back on track.
In my early 20s, I had a bright future ahead of me, got accepted into a college, being one of the top student in my class, almost got engaged and working for a big company. But its all ruined, I failed my internship on my last semester because of my current health and physical condition.

Systolic refer to a pressure in the arteries during the contraction of the heart muscle while Diastolic refer to the pressure when the heart muscle is between beats. I also had severe Asthma condition. I had Asthma attack almost everyday. Sometime, I need to be admitted to emergency department in the middle of the night because of Hypertension and Asthma attack at the same time. Dealing with Hypertension and Asthma is not easy because I had to experienced severe headache , shortness of breath and sometime Transient Ischemic Attack.
I just want to find my passion, become successful and live a happy life without burdening the others, but with my current health condition I wouldn’t make it far.

Around October 2021, I undergo another X-ray and it shows that my heart is larger than before ( 50% larger than normal heart stated by the doctor ). Its in critical condition. My health condition getting worse. Without proper supervision and care, I’m most likely to get a Stroke, Heart Attack or Heart Failure soon.
Basically I don’t have much time left and I need your help to make my dream come true or I’m gonna stuck in this loop of failure forever. I tried so many time to rebuild my life again but it ended in failure. I just need a little bit of help to throw me off this loop of failure so that I can rebuild my life again before its to late.
I will use this funding for my medical expenses, daily needs, paying my debt and to help me improve my health condition and my quality of life such as :-
Getting Health Monitoring Equipment: Such as Blood Pressure monitor, Blood-glucose Meter and Pulse Oximeter. With this i can monitor my health condition regularly at home.
Getting a Proper Exercise Equipment: I’m an obese, with BMI reading over 40. I used to go the gym, but I stopped because of this pandemic. Its convenient for me to have this at home because I can exercise more regularly without going to the gym. Its a long –held dream for me to have a proper exercise equipment.
Getting a Proper Bedroom Setup: Around 2015 , I had an accident and my spinal cord was injured. ever since that day, I used to feel nerve pain if I sleep in wrong position. Sometime I cant even make a move because of this unbearable pain. An affordable comfy mattress will help me a lot.
Getting a Water Heater and an Air Purifier: Both of this greatly help my asthma condition. Water heater provide me with hot shower that will helps open up airways and loosen up the mucus lining. Air purifier help by remove small particle in the air that triggered my asthma.
Getting Driver License.
Getting a brand new Desktop/Laptop.

I made a rough calculation and I will need not more than 10,000$ to make all of this come true. That’s a lot amount of money but its gonna make a very big change in my life. I had enough with my current miserable life, i want a better and happier life than this in the future and I’m ready to fight for it. With every donation it gave me hope because it make me me believe there still someone out there willing to help a stranger like me and put their trust on me. It means a lot to me.
I really want to success, I want to make myself proud and show everyone that anyone deserve a success despite how many time they fail because human tend to make a mistake and learn from it as long as they know what they want and work hard for it.
I’ve always hated asking for help and burdening those around me is something that makes me feel sick to my core. But this time of my life is made or break, and if the people who see this are generous enough to help, it’ll mean I have even ground to start from and I’ll be able to build a life for myself.
