I’m not to sure how to start this but I’m going to try to do it even though I am a bit embarrassed to do so.I’m 18 years old and I suffer from severe depression and anxiety aswell as in the process of getting an autism diagnosis, I simply just want a car so I can learn to drive and be more independent but I am unable to afford one as my only source of income is PIP, I have been hospitalised numerous times due to suicide attempts and self harm, I have been out of school since year 9 due to both the depression and anxiety I am trying to get better though by getting more help with therapy aswell as seeing a psychiatrist regularly and learning to drive is the next step personally for me to get better and do more things for myself it would just help me be more independent and be able to go to all my appointments and I feel as if I am finally able to attend college and have found a course that is perfect for me but it isn’t close to me so I would need to drive there as due to my problems I am unable to take any kind of public transport; I am trying to get back into education so I can do what I want to do with my life and for anything else I need a car for really.
