My name is Phumlani Floyd Mhlungu and I reside in Ivory Park, Johannesburg in South Africa.
I am requesting funds to renovate our family house which me and my brother currently moved back to after my mother passed away in 2021 after a long illness due to covird19 complications.
The current state is bad. we need to fix the plumbing which needs to start from scratch, the house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, dining and kitchen.
The kitchen does not have build in wall units which we want to do- R38000
The kitchen and dining area has ceiling but the rest of the house does not and that’s also want we need to fix. R18000
The two bedroom’s are not tiled and we need to fix that as well plus some wall units as well. R33000
all the walls need some work on the plastering and paint.R5000
we also need to to build the wall the back yard and plaster the yard wall around the house. R 7500
So all in all for this project we look more or less on R101 000 (5.250usd)
