First of all I thank you for taking time to read on my campaing.
My name is Victor, I’m 21 years old, I live in Honduras right in the middle of Central America, a place kind of hard to live in. I was raised by my mom since my parents got divorced, he packed his things and totally forgot about my mom, my 2 brothers and I, pretty much remember I was in 2nd grade when he left. My mom tried her best to give us all we needed, but the money she was able to bring home was not enough, that basically, pushed her to get credit cards and that brought us, as family, down financially. Honduras is a complicated place to live since, the salary is around Lps. 8,000.00 which is most likely $320 dollars monthly. We were able to manage a way of surviving accumulating all this financial background of around $70,000.00 in debts.
When I turned 18 I was able to search for a job and tried to help mom pay the bills, however it was too late and the bank took our home. We lost our house and now we are renting. Landlords have taken us out for lack of payment and we are about to be taken out of the place where we now live. I had a job that paid me $150 monthly, but almost a year ago I was fired and still have no success in finding a new place to work at.
It has come more difficult to live in this situations and still my younger brother is in high school. I know we are going to have more debts on the way and I just can not stand looking how my mom tries to bring food to our table and all our needs and things are just getting worst each time.
All I am to do, is help my mom to pay her debts. I know that I can count on you if you had read this far… to help my family get out of this situation.
I know there is other people out there having more problems than I do, but, I promise that I will help back others when I have the opportunity to do so. Thanks for reading my story and getting into my shoes.
God Bless You
