In 2017 I had the most wonderful pleasure to teach kids English in Asia, and in 2019 I will be trying to go once again. In 2015 two of my dreams came true, one was to receive a visa in the UK and the other to receive a student visa in the USA. Another dream of mine was to go to CFNI as school that teaches theology and helps many charities around the world. Here at CFNI we are taught to go out and live a life with meaning. Branch out and help out those out in the world. That is my vision as my parents are missionaries from Brazil to England. I have been also flying to other countries around the world doing the same. This year this wonderful outreach is lacking students to volunteer. My wonderful leader Ms Hobbs – who leads the International Outreaches at CFNI and the ASIA IMPACT outreach – was going to ask me to go, in which I replied before asking “I will go!”.
It’s been difficult to raise money at CFNI because the students have no money, and if they have money most are paying bills and using it in other things. I have reached to friends and others, but no luck…
I even tried to reach out to YouTubers and others to help me out, but it’s quite hard when others are trying to do the same.
I have to raise $4k before April, and by this next week I need $2k so I can pay for my ticket. Anything will help really, as my parents are doing the hardest to help me with this, reaching out to many. I hope you see in your heart to help me as I have many stories that I will write from this wonderful trip.
Stayed Blessed.
Ps: Many of the kids that I will help are orphans. The reason why I chose this trip in the first place was because my father was always an orphan. He was helped in the poorest parts of Brazil by Americans. Though never adopted he still smiles because God has adopted him.
