Hello, thank you for reading I have to say this is the hardest thing to do I have never had to do this before but I have recently got into trouble with money my gas and electric has more than tripled in cost living expenses have gone through the roof and I am struggling to keep up with bills. I work full time I do not smoke and generally before covid hit and inflation I was living “ okay” .. I got out some loans not massive amounts but 6 in total to keep up with bill payments and every day living my overdraft is maxed out every time my salary goes in it just tops up my overdraft. I have 2 credit card bills which are maxed out my total debt amount is approx 17K and I am struggling to sleep. My anxiety is through the roof I do not have a partner to help me and I live in rented accommodation. I have 2 children. Any help at all to start to pay off my debt and get back on my feet again would be massively appreciated I can’t believe I’m actually doing this I have never asked for money in my life from strangers. My family are not wealthy and borrowing more money just means I’m getting myself in more debt. I check online regularly to see if any loans are available to me but these all tend to have huge interest rates and because I have applied for so many loans recently it has made my credit score go down. I fear I am stuck in a debt cycle I cannot get out of I am 38 years old and never thought I would be in this position. Thank you for reading my story
