Long story short.
I was swindled by a car dealership that was recommended by a family member and I do not know what to do.
Lost my first car in 2005 in a natural disaster and insurance would not pay for it.
Years went by I had the money to get another vehicle atleast two times over but family obligations was first and foremost.
Now almost 19yrs later Christmas 2022, I was finally able to gift myself a car, fell in-love with at first sight I went straight to the dealership and put all, I had in cash down on it, I was even able to pay the state and federal taxes right then and there (which was a little over $5k) I would start to make payments on time and then June 18th, 2023, 5 days shy of 6 months with the car. It stalled on the turnpike as I was going home from work. I was able to get it towed home but not to a mechanic, but a very kind Lyft driver used his AAA to send it to the named dealership on the document and the diagnosis i way more to fix than it would be to just buy another car. Truthfully, I do not want to fix it. I want to give it back to them and I am asking if it is at all possible could you help me get a new car off a real car lot. With God’s and your help I will make my payments on time.
