I love my job and I was fired by people who didn’t want to see me there anymore. Their technique was very, very lame : they framed me arranging a conversation with a customer to make it bad. As I work for the state, those employers have a very strong influence and even if I have the truth by my side… it won’t be enough without a good lawyer. I can give you an example of what they did : at some point, I made a joke (“Of course, we don’t really want to help you ;)) and the chat was cut at this exact moment, without the reaction of the client.
If I had made a real mistake, I would have dealt with it on my own. But I can’t stand the fact that I was kicked out by unfair people with unfair methods. Your help could highly contribute to defend my cause and, in extend, the cause of other people who might have been or will be in this situation.
Of course, I won’t work for the same department again, but I really want to be unbanned with a proper trial, so I can save my reputation and my financial health. It would be wonderful.
The lawyers fees can get up to something like 5000 dollars, considering all the steps involved. Of course, I don’t ask that much, but it’s a number to show you how difficult my situation is. Thanks in advance ! :)
