My name is Brian and for the last 3 years I have been barely getting by. My wife had to have a serious surgery and is now limited for work so income has been limited. My house is in need of some serious repairs and I am unable to get a loan to fix it. The front wall has to be reframed and a new door put in and the roof needs to be replaced.
