I was a young girl with many ambitions and hopes. After putting in a lot of effort, I was able to finish third in my class and pursue a career as a doctor. During the pandemic, I worked 36-hour shifts, which were incredibly demanding days both psychologically and physically. In order to improve my skills, I enrolled in a graduate school in the United States .
Everything was good professionally, but I’ve fought my entire life to find that one guy who will love me no matter what! When I went back to my home country, I ran across a common friend. We watched a lot of movies, played games, and he even taught me how to use technology. I fell in love with him, and he did as well. We had most emotional conversations. They were the most lovely days. Those months are remembered as the most memorable days since the pandemic. My parents eventually found out about it. They did not give their approval. But we were determined to make it work.
I returned to the United States to finish my master’s degree. Unfortunately, his mother was brought to the hospital after a few months due to COVID. We came from a nation where there is no health insurance. They were unable to pay for the treatments. His mother was the loveliest person I’d ever met. We began pooling money from friends and relatives, but it was insufficient. So I chose to pay from my savings and the tuition money that my parents had deposited in my account for the next semester. We were unable to save his mother despite our best efforts, suffering, and money. I couldn’t even return to see her one final time.
I don’t want to drop out of college since I’ve worked hard for 15 years to be where I am now. I don’t have any money for the upcoming semester. I am a student at one of the top universities in the United States. My tuition for this semester is around $20,000 USD. As a doctor who treated thousands of people during the pandemic, I am requesting that you donate to my college tuition; I will be eternally thankful.
Thank you for your consideration and time.
