PLEASE!! LOOKING FOR HELP FINANCIALLY WITH A PLACE TO LIVE BEFORE THIS MONTHS OVER!Need help financially with housing. I live in New York. Looking for anyone who can give me advice or someone who will hear my situation out and be willing to help me and my 2 year old son!I am asking for financial help with funds. If anyone can help and donate anything to help me and my 2 year old son finally find peace and some sort of comfortable living beyond the way we have lived the last two years… My two year old son, who was born with a heart problem, and I have been harassed for over 2 1/2 years by my multiple people in our town on multiple different occasions. My landlord, and the other tenants in the apartment have harassed my son and I for the last two and a half years and i have asked for help from the state troopers of New York, as well as the local town sherrifs. The state troopers refuse to help and the town sheriff’s only help when I threaten to write the governor to tell them that no one is helping me nor letting me press charges on any of these people for the awful inhumane things these people have done to us! They have turned my electric off all summer and into fall stating that, “having electric is a privilage.” Even though I pay my electric they decided to cut power to all of my apartment and got away with doing so for months. Not only did they cut my power off making it a struggle to do anything in the dark but I also lost all of my food on more than one occasion from the other tenants and landlord doing this. They also turned my water off for a few months and said that I would be long gone before the time it would be back on and when I told them that this was illegal because of my child they stated that they didn’t care. When I wanted to press charges for all this harassment I was told I couldn’t even though I do have a paper trail with all these horrible situations and events that have occurred over the last two years. These people even went as far as turning my toilet off so that way I couldn’t use my toilet which resulted in me having to urinate in a bucket and it also led to raw sewage being backed up in my bathroom as well as my tub and made my whole apartment smell like human feces. When I told law enforcement that I needed to press charges on these people for endangering the welfare of my innocent child I was actually told once again that I couldn’t do so. Actually throughout all of these situations the landlord and other tenants tried accusing me of doing drugs and manufacturing drugs at my apartment which was founded not true immediately, but they also called child protective services on me for the raw sewage in my bathroom which they were aware of since they created the problem. My son and I ended up getting covid due to this neglect from the above listed situations(improper sanitization)as well as many other situations not listed. I have to move out on January 21st and I’ve been out of work the last two and half weeks due to covid and when I was working I was only working enough hours to just get by.if there is anyone who can help me with expenses to find a new place to live with the first month’s rent and security deposit I would be beyond thankful as we have suffered a great deal of emotional distress and no normal two year old boy should ever have to go through what my son has gone through.
