I am here because I can’t manage to do this on my own. I work but my financial needs outweigh my income. I am a single parent my youngest daughter Lillian got COVID a few months ago and has now been diagnosed With Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). Due to the severity of her symptoms everyday living activities are a challenge or time consuming. She can’t stand without her heart rate rising goes from 80 to 160 in seconds which causes her to get lightheaded and feel sick. Because of her symptoms it’s been a real challenge to make doctor appointments due to having to rely on others for transportation. I have a vehicle but it needs fixed unsure what’s all wrong with it haven’t had the money to take it to be assessed. It also needs to be licensed again. Having a working vehicle would really make things a lot easier on us so we can get lilly the care she needs to manage this new disorder she has been unfortunate to develope. We also need to get her a computer so that she can attend her GED classes so she can pass her test and get her GED. She because of this disorder is unfortunately unable to attend school and she has chosen to be successful in achieving her education this way because she is able to do it online and avoid having to deal with her symptoms. Due to having COVID myself twice I have missed work and have fallen behind on a few bills and haven’t been able to catch up on them. It would be just a relief if you could spare what you are able to help us out so that our situation is just a lot more manageable we will forever be grateful for your generosity and kindness thank you for taking your time to read my situation.
