My name is Amy Spring. I’ve been an artist/muralist for 30 years full-time, raised my kids and bought my small home in the CO mountains. I turned 60 this year and it is hard to be on my scaffolding, so I’ve been trying to transition to selling smaller pieces and prints. I need quick help as I’ve been sick for three weeks, and unable to complete my mural job at a local senior care facility, and they have strict rules about being well to enter the facility, as well they should. I have a doctor’s appointment Thursday (Sept 7) to see what’s up. In the meantime, I need $2500 to pay my this month’s and last month’s mortgage and my other small bills, and $1000 to print some quality prints to begin to sell online so I can make my transition to less strenuous work by year’s end. Even if I can go back to work soon, I’ll have to finish my work, invoice them, and wait two weeks for payment and I can’t afford to get so far behind.
