INJURED AND NEED MORTGAGE HELP

My story… My name is Stacy. I’m a single mother to my beautiful sarcastically witty 11-year-old daughter. I’m also a full-time college student. My major is Integrative Health Practitioner. Which is much different than the career I had been doing the last 6 years or the 27 years before that. I was a Cosmetologist and then in Property management for tax credit communities. As of lately I have not been able to gain employment and the last time I had a full-time job was in February and have not been able to pay my mortgage since May. It appears the universe has put forth obstacles in my path that steer me away from that line of work. Brace yourselves and hold on tight cuz your in for a ride in “The Days of Stacy’s Life”

It was a chilly day in February when I received the email for an invitation to interview for Property Manager at a community in downtown Denver. I was so excited! It was a phone interview but I made a great impression because I was to have my in-person interview the next day with a PM who would be training me. It was a great success and I got the job! On my 2nd day, Valentines Day, I left work to attend my daughters V-Day party. So much fun watching the children pass around their gifts and grubbing on pizza. That evening I started to feel sick. Headache, nasal congestion, hard to breath, body aching. I’m also a diabetic which makes it hard to take OTC meds. I couldn’t go in the next day. I went to the Dr. so I could be tested for Covid. Thank God it was Negative. But I was not getting any better. One day turned into 2, 3, 4. I went back to the DR. At this point work wouldn’t let me back without Dr. note but I needed relief as well. Got meds and was able to work for all of one week. Then, I slipped on my floor landing on my wooden rolling cart. The corner went right into my ribs. That was just as pain-full as when I broke them in my late twenties. Went to the Dr and my ribs were severely bruised. No work for 2 weeks and then see how I was feeling before I was to be released to work. You could hear the frustration in my boss’s voice. I was let go. Right at the 8-week mark was when I felt well enough to start applying for a job. Till I went to my 1st Nuggets game with a friend. That night after the game we were walking down the stairs and I slipped and fell and hit the left side of my face against the wall. I fought the wall and the wall won. I couldn’t apply for jobs for over a month. My face was swollen and I had the biggest black eye! That was in April and my brow bone still hurts. As soon as I could cover it up with make-up, back to finding a job. I still don’t have a job. Not for no lack of trying. That’s when I had my Ahha moment. I’m a natural healer with no prior studies. That moment I decided to accept my calling and enroll into college. Scary since it was 2001 since I had been to college. I’m proud to say that I finished Summer quarter with a 4.0! Sadly, I still have no job and the mortgage hasn’t been paid. I’m on public assistance, for food and medical and a program that payed my utilities. I’m trying to find funds for the balanced owed, which is up to $7885.95 but I need funds that cover enough for my mortgage for next month which brings the total to $9748.62. Class starts up again on 8/21. I’m certain I will find a job that will work with my class schedule and I can resume payments. I’m grateful for all that I have. Especially my daughter. I just prefer not to lose the only home she knows. Her father, my ex-husband is an amazing man but he barely makes enough to survive, let alone give me money. He pays her tuition, child care and health ins. Till we got Medicaid. I know there are kind hearted people who will help us before it leads to the big F. I truly am grateful for all who can help us. Be Blessed and Be A Blessing with Love & Light.

Help Me Make It Through

Hello, I am a firefighter-nurse, single mom of one kid that is pleading for your help. A lot has happened to me within the last year. I bought my house on July 2022, my house got hit by hurricane IAN in September 2022. There was moderate damage to my house and unfortunately the insurance is not paying the claim. I work full time as a firefighter, and as a register nurse. Most of my life I had two to three jobs to be able to have a decent life. Due to the storm, I was not able to get back to my house for 4 months, the island did not have water, or electricity and repairments needed to be done in the house. Consequently, I lost my nursing job working from home and it has been very difficult to get another job as a nurse. Now, with my firefighter salary only, I live paycheck by paycheck. I am behind on my bills, my mortgage. I used all my savings to fix the house. I commute 2.5 hrs to go to work, I couldn’t afford to buy a house on the east coast where I work as a firefighter.

When I was younger, I always wanted to be a journalist and work in TV. I got pregnant at a very young age and needed to make a living to raise my child. I got into the medical field because of necessity. Don’t get me wrong, it has been a rewarding career, but the truth is, it does not pay to save lives. Now, here I am hoping you can help me, I just need a little break.  If you can please find it in your heart to help me at this difficult time I would be so deeply grateful to you.

I do not want to lose my house.

Thanks in advance for your generosity.

Desperately Seeking Help

My name is Debbie, and am a new resident to Florida. I moved through my work, sold my house and purchased a Condo here. Everything was wonderful. Then we had the hurricane come through the Tampa area last summer and everything changed. My homeowners insurance doubled, my condo fees went up $150 per month, car insurance increased but at the same time my employer put a freeze on overtime and no raises until “further notice”. I am 61yrs old, and have worked my entire life since I was 16. Raised 4 children, and am now helping to raise & support my 2 grandchildren, who have ongoing health issues. My 16yr old grandson is hard of hearing and must use hearing aids, and my 6yr old granddaughter was born with a bilateral cleft palate. She has had multiple surgeries to correct it, but is now coming up on her next set of skin grafting surgeries to finally repair the inside of her mouth, and dental work to correct her top teeth that are pushed back and can not currently be used to chew properly. I am now “door dashing” to try and supplement my income while I look for a second job. I can now just make my monthly bills on my own, but I got behind on my mortgage and my mortgage company is now demanding payment in full to bring my mortgage current, or will forclose! If this happens, I will have lost everything I have worked so hard for. I am so depressed and stressed out and my back is against the wall, and I have tried everything I can think of, even a second mortgage, heloc or refinance, but nobody will help while I am delinquent on my existing mortgage, even though I have plenty of equity in my home. I am asking for just enough to bring my mortgage current which is $2110. I have nobody down here to ask for help, and am very alone. I am just hoping against hope that somebody will have been in my shoes and have enough empathy and understanding to give me the boost up that I need so I can get a fresh start. Thank you so much for at least considering helping.

Urgent Request for Assistance – Help with Debt Crisis

Hello Everyone

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to anyone who can help with a heavy heart and a desperate plea for help. Over the past couple of years, I have been facing an overwhelming financial crisis that has led me into deep debt. Today, I am in a dire situation with no viable means to repay the accumulated debt, and I am compelled to seek assistance.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, such as losing my job and struggling to find stable employment, I have been forced to rely heavily on credit cards and lines of credit to meet my basic living expenses, including paying my mortgage with a rate increase every time and essential bills. As a result, my outstanding debt has escalated to a staggering total of $65,686.74. The weight of this burden has taken a toll on my mental and emotional well-being, plunging me into depression and anxiety.

I understand that asking for financial support is not an easy matter, I have no family or friends who are in a position to help me more than they already have and I genuinely appreciate your understanding and consideration during this difficult time. Your assistance, whether in the form of a direct contribution, or any other means of support, would make an enormous difference in helping me regain stability and avoid the devastating consequences of potential homelessness.

I want to assure you that I am actively taking steps to improve my situation. I am exploring every available opportunity for employment, seeking professional guidance to manage my finances more effectively, and evaluating options for debt consolidation and negotiation. I am committed to learning from this experience and taking responsibility for my financial future.

If you are unable to provide direct financial assistance, any other form of support or guidance you can offer would be immensely valuable to me. I would be grateful for your advice, recommendations, or even networking opportunities that could lead to employment or additional resources.

I understand that everyone has their financial obligations and limitations, and I genuinely appreciate your consideration of my situation. Regardless of the amount, any contribution will bring me closer to rebuilding my life and securing a brighter future.

With heartfelt gratitude, thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support during this challenging time.

REQUEST TO PAY MY LOAN

Hello,

I am 26 years living in TANZANIA,AFRICA. I am on this platform to request for the help to raise money to pay my loans at CRDB and NBC BANKS here in TANZANIA,DAR ES SALAAM CITY. I am a government employee, employed as electrical technician, hence I took a loan for the purpose of starting a business to increase my income to support my poor family. So I took loan from those banks and I bought a used(second hand )bus which would work as a city shuttle but I was somehow scammed because despite my mechanic’s approval that the bus was in good condition to work, but after starting operation it was a headache the bus kept breaking hence I ended up selling the broken bus after frustrations  under loss. The only way I am paying this loan now is by salary deduction. But these deductions are heavy hence leaving me in very hard financial situation. These deductions will pay debt to 2027. So I decided to come forward to find help instead of waiting for 2027 which is 4 years from now.

I sincerely ask for help, this loan has brought me to my knees, please kindly help me overcome these loans. Now my loan stands at $8,000 both NBC and CRDB banks combined.

I have attached my 2023,JULY salary slip showing those Loans, NBC loan and CRDB loan in my local currency which is TZS(Tanzanian Shilling).

2 months behind on mortgage

Hello, I hope all is well. I’m a single female that has recently had my niece and nephew placed with me through an unfortunate situation with DCS. With the addition of the kids so abruptly, I have had a very rough month getting this balanced. I am 2 months behind on my mortgage as of yesterday. I’m going to be completely honest, being single, supporting myself was never a problem but acquiring 2 children under the age of 4 with no prep time has been a struggle. I’m asking for $2446.92 for the 2 months I am behind on the mortgage, nothing more. I have been working with an adviser to adjust to the change in circumstance, I’m just asking for some help to get back on my feet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help or consideration.

First home for myself and the homeless

Hi there, my name is Talent. That is the actual name my Zimbabwean parents gave me and I try live up to it. I moved to England from South Africa 6.5 years ago to work as a qualified chartered accountant. I’ve been renting the whole time I’ve been here and I’ve always wanted to buy a home where I can help people that are struggling to find accommodation by hosting them in my home without charging them for rent, because I grew up in a home where we always had guests staying over my parents’ house. Some even for a few years sometimes for example, my cousins who were studying their undergrad stayed with us, people visiting from overseas would stay with us, my parents’ friends who struggled to get back on their feet after their divorce also stayed with us. And I want to continue this kind tradition to bless & help people struggling to have a roof over their heads. My current 1 bedroom flat is a bit limiting and I thought it was time I buy my first home. I have managed to save some money for a small deposit to buy a £350,000 home that has 3 bedrooms. I am however short because there’s quite a few up front costs I didn’t factor in e.g. conveyancing solicitors fees of £1,559, surveyors fees of £500 and the mortgage advisor fee of £698. I’m also short on the deposit at the moment of about £10,000. My offer to buy the house has already been accepted and I’d really appreciate your help and generosity to help me buy my first home and also so that I can be a blessing to others too. Thank you very much.

Mortgage

Hi, I’m Elaine.  I’m from the Caribbean.  I am a school teacher.  I’m a single mom of a nineteen year old who is still a student. I too, am presently a student persuing my masters degree.  I am presently under much financial strain due being the sole breadwinner in my household.  My motgage is extremely taxing, causing much stress on my other responsibilities.  Due to my already exhausted pay, I’ve found myself ,struggling to  monthly living expenses, support my son’s education as well as to service additional loans taken out to fund additional or emegency expenses.  I started private tuition in an attempt to generate additional cash but in many cases parents are unable to pay and no money is collected.  I look forward, but dread my master’s program coming to and end next school year because payment for the student.s loan will commence.  I’d like some assistance with my mortgage because with that out out the way or considerably reduced, I could renegotiate my payment rates, making the other commitments a bit easier to manage.  My mind is always going, worrying about beable to meet monthly expenses.  I know it effects all aspects of my being, even work.  I’d like to give my best (it’s phenomenal)and more to all the children I am given the opportunity to interact with and teach.  A piece of mind while I’m doing what I do best will be greatly appreciated and a prayer answered.  I’m trying to raise $200,000.00.  https://paypal.me/centwut?country.x=BB&locale.x=en_US

Pathway to Homeownership: Every Dollar Makes a Difference

Hello.

Well, Covid really hit the majority of us, came like a collapse, and most in the economic area and the stress that caused came health problems.

I have been taking care of my daughter with autism from day 1 but when the diagnosis came in, my total focus was just her safety and therapy at all levels, In my spare time try to focus on volunteering, focus in schools lunches, some time spending from my pocket cause never was enough, ( those faces of joy, never will be forgotten ) with so many children without a meal. Meanwhile, my husband was working two jobs, cause without family around I could not count on anyone for the emergencies that happen with her. Then the health emergency came in, and even the way the people work changed, everyone from offices down to their own places, my husband lost one of his jobs, because buildings floors that were rented to companies closed contracts with the cleaning companies.

We have been renting to have a place to live but was the same tornado that happen with the jobs, happen with the properties, owners started selling, and “lucky us”, the property that we were renting decided to sell. We had 60 days to find a place, in the area, but prices went to the roof, and then my daughter’s special classroom will not accept her if we move out of the predetermined area, we could not afford to rent a house in the same area, but plus the fear of loosing what I have been advocated so much for so many years to lose it, But no choice, we manage to borrow a friend their house address to be able to keep my daughter in the special classroom. We could find a place in that hush time, probably because we were so desperate for a roof, we find a house that give us an ok price, and even though was old, I manage to show my tribe we are gonna be ok, fixing here and there, but look like was not like that, the house was infested with mouses, the owner brought some company to fix the mouse problems, not a permanent solution, and then after summer and fall, the heating broke, winter was starting, owners decided not to invest in fix the machine, they told us was more than $25000, how we can deal with the cold in that property, we have again to look for another roof to live, we could not find again in the same area, move to another city but my daughter school special classroom was safe. Always living with the anguish.

Then probably my body could not handle so much stress, with all the Covid things, and I developed an immune disease, hemolytic anemia, which took the Drs in Canada 8 months, better said, I got Covid and everything amplified, and end it up in an emergency, and then Drs could find out what really was going on, after 8 months.

Still struggling to have a safe place to live, what we are looking for is to get the downpayment for a house, in that way, we will be able to feel secure and safe for my children and ourselves.

Thanks in Advance for your help

FROM THE BRINKS OF DEATH, A TALE OF SURVIVAL, IN NEED OF FINANCIAL HELP

“Against all odds, I fought my way back from the brink of death. Now, burdened with debt, I need your support to rebuild my life. Please help me overcome this financial struggle and continue my journey towards recovery.”

My name is Daryl Benjamin, a hardworking truck driver, I found myself in a terrifying situation one sunny afternoon. As I was about to drive my truck, I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my chest and struggled to catch my breath. Realizing something was seriously wrong, I quickly called for an ambulance. Within minutes, the paramedics arrived and rushed me to the nearest hospital (CHRISTIANA HOSPITAL). The doctors and nurses immediately sprang into action, performing a series of tests to determine the cause of my distress. It was soon discovered that I had a blood clot in my lungs, a condition known as pulmonary embolism (PE). The next few days were a blur for me as I fought for my life in the hospital. I was hooked up to various machines, receiving oxygen and medication to dissolve the clot. The doctors and nurses worked tirelessly to stabilize me and provide the necessary treatment. During the time in the hospital, it took several weeks to start feeling ok, thanks to prayers from family members and friends. Now going through what I have been through I have now currently a major Hernia (FROM GOING UNDER GUT TO GET BLOODCLOT) also left me with neuropathy in feet. After leaving the hospital and going in rehab my dept has accumulated immensely, reaching. 35k total dept regarding mortgage, kids, hospital bills, electric, and all credit cards which by now been charged off, I’m officially at ROCK BOTTOM with an amazing testimonial of my story THAT GOD IN CONTROL. In conclusion, my journey through the harrowing experience of pulmonary embolism has left me in a state of financial need. Despite the challenges I have faced, I remain grateful for the support I have received thus far. My story serves as a reminder of the importance of compassion and assistance in times of crisis. With the help of generous individuals like yourself, I can continue my recovery and rebuild my life. Together, we can make a difference and provide the financial assistance I so desperately need. LET’S DO THE POSSIBLE AND GOD WILL DO THE IMPOSSIBLE.  Thank You. 0.jpg

Mortgage, Car & Bills Assistance

Greetings to all the philanthropists. Many big thanks in advance to anyone who decide to help me. I use to donate my time, money and labor to others as well as often as I can. My last food donation for the community was January 2023. Unfortunately, I’ve been having many challenges every since my dad passed late Feb 2023. My only sister passed in late 2021, I took my dad in a week after she passed but placed him in a nursing home for that week and this gave me time to find in home help but I discovered I had May-Thurner syndrome, then the small ulcer on my left ankle became bigger and bigger and my muscle spasms and leg pain increased as well. I had 3 stents place in my pelvis and my in home caregiver left the day after my stent placement, I couldn’t stand up completely straight but what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger right? I was also having my dead veins removed from my left leg to help with the ongoing pain. After the Surgeon explained what it will be like for me after the other 3 leg procedures, I had to place my dad in the nursing facility until after I heal a bit but I of course was still working and having procedures with a few days off work after each procedure. Basically I had the 3 stents put in but 2 more procedures on my left leg. The Vascular Surgeon office, let me go as a patient due to my health insurance not paying but the reality is, my insurance company stated that the Dr. office billing department was billing incorrectly and they submitted a letter to their office explaining this and for them to call them if they need assistance. But instead the Vascular Surgeon billing department emailed me and called me and the insurance company was not happy about this at all. So I have another procedure that needs to get done on my right leg. That was a little over a year ago and it was just yesterday, we (the referral coordinator and I) discuss this matter being resolved so my veins can be monitored by the same physician (and this is my primary physician request) she even called the Vascular Surgeon Dr office a few months ago because she couldn’t believe they let me go due to an issue that was on their end and had nothing to do with me, yep they cancel me a day or two before my schedule procedure in the Surgeon office who I was seeing on a weekly basis due to my wound care progress. I apologize for such long details but this been quite a journey and with my sister gone, I have no one to talk to. And our dad was old enough to be our granddad so I gave myself 5 months to heal before bringing my dad back home but I decided to discharge my dad from the nursing facility after he fell ill and even though I visited my dad 3-4 times a week multiple times a day and brought him home with me when I was able to after the procedures or if COVID restrictions in the facility wasn’t an issue. I sometimes visit my dad just to lay eyes on him and he didn’t know I was there. That could been my 3rd visit. I wasn’t use to being not with him because we all had lived together recently before my sister past. My sister and dad was suppose to move in with me. So after visiting my dad and seeing his food sitting in front of him and him wide awake with his head dropped and too weak to fed himself and the caregiver standing next to me saying Oh yeah, he’s going down now. Then I contacted the VA social worker told them I want my dad out of here ASAP. He’s coming home to be with me. I fed my dad who ate everything and he had to be hungry because he ate both of the dry bread on the plate so then I was exhausting my self more because I was visiting my dad much more to make sure he ate all of his meals when I wasn’t working and within a week he was home with me. The caregivers I interviewed to work with my dad didn’t show up to work nor did they answer their calls, yes it was multiple, so sad how things has become for our geriatric and care in general so the second weekend I had to quit my job and I don’t regret it because for over 24 years I cared for other people and their families I was not going to let my dad not get stellar care giving treatment from me. My boss seem to be understanding, after all, I helped her fill her beds in her facility when COVID was rapid. When her staff left her on the other facility, I stayed to help her with the other facility. I won certificates as a traveling male caregiver throughout Pinellas County. When I had my own non medical agency, we also had high recognition as one of the top 5 providers in the county out of 150 agencies. We was known as the “Emergency Clean Up Agency”. Someone also voted our company the Best Healthcare place to work for in 2010. So the caregiver didn’t realize I was no fool. I know in there mind if someone is on Hospice then once they are sick, they will neglect or rather in there mind consider there days are gone and not attempt to feed or offer them foods. My dad did pass but it was a month later in his home, in his bed, an hour after he ate his lunch and he ate all of his meals every since he came home with me. So my conscious is clean, he sing songs, he watched movies, he was happy to be home with me and that is what matters most to me even now going through everything. But I had to quit my job and my position was placed by 2 caregivers.  So yes I am a hard worker. And it is understandable for my ex boss to run her company. My dad passed before I could get any compensation for caring for him through the VA. I used my savings for the care of my dad funeral expenses and our bills and had to hold on for the months ahead until I found another job which I’m still searching for. My mortgage is behind, I was fortunate to get a forbearance but it is almost up, both of my bank accounts are negative with one -$500 something and the other -$600. All of my credit cards are negative. My car has been in the repair shop for 2 months now. First 3 weeks were misinformation from the warranty company not understanding what the repair shop owner was explaining to them, which is “how can I give you a quote for an engine that no longer exist” so I got more involve with them for breaking this information down and making sure it’s documented in car warranty notes, this was almost a 2 weeks process. Yea it was stressful. I called the repair shop owner a few weeks ago, he said I would have my car the following week but that was now 2 weeks ago, he also said during 2 weeks ago he had an emergency surgery on his appendix, I told him I understand life happens I just need to know what’s going on because the car loan company has been calling me so yes my car is 3 months behind payments, tomorrow or by today I need to make a decision to pay my car insurance or just start over. I’m thinking because my water bill is overdue and I barely made my PayPal account payment this month. I have til end of August to catch up on my Mortgage payments and they said I need to pay the rear payments in full. That’s about $8k needed. My credit cards about $9k needed. I shared with Car Loan guy yesterday, it’s less stressful to just give them their car back and I’ll go from there. Something how you can be faithfully making payments for years but miss one or two payments and you can loss what you thought was yours. I just don’t want a suspended license due to type of work I might qualify for. I borrowed $500 from a friend of mine a few weeks ago. So I’m thinking to pay partial water bill and use my ‘bonus points credit card check’ I’ve been holding on to for my car warranty deductible payment to just pay my car insurance in hopes of finding a job within the month. Feels like the car loan are going to take the car regardless and I have prepared my mind for that. The day I purchased $774 of new tires for my vehicle, the engine goes out and I need front brakes badly over $500.  I again apologize for such a long story but it’s been one thing after the next. I’m grateful the warranty approved the engine. Thank you for having a platform like this for those of us who find ourselves finally needing help or finding the nerves to finally ask for help. Any help I would be grateful for. Many thanks again.

HELP ME PURCHASE THIS HOME FOR MY 2 BOYS

Hello beautiful people!

Please, I need your support to purchase a home for my family. I am a 45-year-old single dad of 2 boys ages 6 and 10 years old. their mom passed way in the covid 19 pandemic in 2021 for now it’s just the 3 of us. I began saving from 2015 but when the covid 19 pandemic came I end up losing my job. During that time, I spent all my saving to try and sustain my family. After burying my wife, the funeral expenses took a huge chunk out of what we had left and to sustain us during the pandemic. I am employed again but it’s very difficult since I am a single dad with no help or second stream income at the moment. I want to get another job but when the boys are older. If possible, my goal which is 40,000 to make a down payment and cover first month’s mortgage would take us one stehome2.jpgp forward into having a home where the boys can have a safe and memorable childhood but most importantly a roof over theirhome3.jpg heads should incase I am no longer around. Please whatever you can give will help me get one step closer to this goal thanks for your time and thanks from my family to your god bless.

Need Help with Down Payment

Hello all of you wonderfully generous, kind people! We are so grateful to have a community we can petition to for help with things that are outside of our grasp, and are hopeful you will find us worthy of such generousity!
My husband and I live in a small town in Eastern Canada. Our love story was a long time in the making (meaning we could have met several times over the course of 14 years and never did…until the time was right!), and we have been blissfully married for 6 years now. One thing we both were passionate about even before we met was having a family. Sadly, biological children is not an option for us, but beautifully, adoption is and we couldn’t be more excited!! We have already selected the country we feel compelled to adopt from, and know that we want to adopt siblings so that they can all stay together. We are also confident in the love, support, and warmth we have to pour out on some sweet kiddos that are looking for a secure home!
So, where is our issue? Our issue is that we do not currently own a home that can house everyone, nor do we have the capability (with the cost of living being so high) to save for a proper down payment. We have access to funds for the adoption, but, at least here in Canada, we cannot use borrowed money as a down payment. THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN!!!
We would be eternally grateful to you for helping us achieve the dream of owning a home with enough room for us and 3-5 kids so that we can finally bring our kids home to us and live as a family.
There is a modest house that we have found that we love, 3bed/1bath, with an unfinished basement (room for growth!) that my husband, who is a carpenter, can finish and create the rest of the space necessary for us to all live comfortably. The cost of this home is $449,000 so we are asking for help with the minimum down payment which is: $22,450.

Thank you, a million times over, for helping us in this next stage of our lives, and for helping our sweet children (whomever they may be!) who are waiting to be united with us, and us with them, by kindly aiding us in the purchase of our family home!

Sincerely,
Sarah
