First, I want to thank you for taking the time to check out my page. There are millions of other people out there with a situation worse than mine, but I figured it never hurts to ask.
I am reaching out to ask for $250,000. While that’s a substantial sum of money, I know there are very generous people out there that can help out. That money will go to purchasing a condo. I am a 40 year old male, and have been renting an apartment my whole adult life. I dont make a ton of money but do make an ok living. I live a simple life and don’t have major debt nor do I own fancy, flashy cars or have bank loans. Hence that’s the reason I’m here.
Due to the fact I don’t have or have had big loans, banks won’t lend to me due to ‘lack of credit history ‘. Home ownership is something that has become important to me so I’ve applied for a mortgage. Several banks have turned me down because of ‘lack of credit history ‘. I don’t have any remaining family members that can co-sign for a mortgage and certainly friends are not going to co-sign for something like that.
I am puzzled that I’m being penalized by never having loans and keeping my credit clean. At the age of 40, and still don’t plan on applying for big loans, I don’t see how I would ever qualify for a mortgage. Especially without a co-signer. So that’s why I am asking for $250,000 to purchase my dream of home ownership.
I certainly don’t expect any 1 individual to donate the full amount, but if several people can donate over time, I would forever be grateful. I believe in donating and contributing to charity. If you donate to my cause and if there’s a charity that you believe in, I would love to contribute a little to your charity.
Again, I know there’s people with struggles far worse, but I’m absolutely frustrated with banks unwilling to work with me. Makes no sense to deny someone of a mortgage that has clean credit and is responsible.
If you’re willing to help me out, please send any donation to
thanks for your time
