In October of 2022 our 9 year old daughter was diagnosed with Stage 2 Burkitts lymphoma in her throat. Due to location of the tumor, she was placed into a 10 day coma. She went through 8 rounds of chemo over 8 weeks to shrink the tumor as quickly as possible. Although insurance has covered a large portion of the costs, we carried a lot of debts from the traveling, prescriptions, feed for the Ng tubes, the copays amongst other things. Although, now considered in remission we still have monthly transfusions, scopes, Pet scans and other things that will be required for the next five years as long as the cancer stays away. Burkitts, typically comes back after the one to two year mark, so we are keeping our fingers crossed.
Due to the amount of debt we are currently carrying, we need help. Currently the debt stands at 35200 dollars. I have been trying everything to keep us afloat but we are struggling and I was advised of this site by a friend. Please, if you can find it in your heart to help, we would be incredibly appreciate
