I am a 32 year old mother of 6 children under 10. Four of my children suffer with developmental delays, ASD, and limited communication. In March 2019 I found out I had a rare brain condition called idiopathic intracranial hypotension. My father had to travel all of South Carolina Hospitals to get me Lumbar Spinal Taps every week due to the pressures in my brain elevating. I have done had approximately 10 Lumbar Spinal Taps. After the pressure get taking off I then suffer from Low/High CSF Headaches where I’m not able to stand for periods of time. I have abnormal gait mobility, stutter, and tremor. It’s has been hard to get relief or some type of cure to help my disorder ease so that I can care for my children or get the proper help I need so that they can get help they need. I am not working or in school so I can’t get any benefits from Department of Social Services. I have also contacted my local CSB for children and was put in a wait list tier until services come available that can take up to 5 years. Also I have 10 months old fraternal twins who need attention. Anything will help at this point. Hope God Continue to bless you all. Keep Keshia in your prayers that this shall pass.
