Hello and thank you for setting up this amazing platform, my name is Emmett. I am a 31-year-old disabled U.S. Army veteran who currently resides in the state of Texas. I am married for 7 years now and I have four wonderful children, all boys. In my hunt for financial assistance I’ve managed to come across your page and would lik to petition you for a share of your time and money.
My family and I have been in a hard place for the last couple of years financially speaking and this hardship is starting to place a serious strain in my marriage. Our needs are many but our most immediate needs have to deal with legal cost to help my oldest son in his current situation and medical cost to find out why my wife has been suffering from seizure like events.
Concerning my oldest son, he is currently on probation for committing sexual acts with his three younger brothers. The nature of his offense is sever and a punishment was in order but the punishment that was handed down to him was far more server than what an 11 year old boy deserved. He himself was a victim of the same acts and the courts don’t even seem to care. He claims that’s he was assaulted in the 3rd grade while at school, by a group of other boys. He never told us anything and none of this cane to light until last year when it was discovered that he was doing those same acts to his younger brothers. Now, because of the harsh punishment he was handed, he will not get to know his brothers at all nor will they know him. He is not allowed to be around then at all until he is 18 and he cannot return to our home, to his family, until he is 18. We are fortunate that his grandparents live in the same town and were able to assume custody of him, otherwise they would have sent him to Austin Texas where he would stay at a juvenile detention center until he was of age. This has been a devastating blow to my family and I cannot express the pain we feel in our hearts. We are desperately seeking help to get his sentencing over turned so that he can come home with continued counseling. However, my credit is shot and I am swimming in debt due to unrelated circumstances that have taken place over the past two years.
As for my wife, she recently had a head injury hay resulted in a sever concussion. Since then, she has been suffering from seizure like events that leave her drained it all energy. Due to debts and lack of funds we have been unable to get her the help she needs.
I ask you now for your help. I have no clue how much it all will cost but if you will humor such a request, I would beg of you to provide my family and I with $100,000. Such an amount is large, I know and I’m sorry to ask. However, $30,000 would be for debts alone. The rest would be to cover an legal and medical cost.
