Mike is a 62yo Veteran who is Losing his Family Home due to a Stroke. Mike has worked his whole life to provide for his family 5 children and his wife, friends and strangers in need. If you are in need No just isn’t in Mike’s vocabulary. Most weeks Mike works 6 days as a self-employed landscaper. Rain, shine,104° Mike is out there doing everything he can to provide for all. Today Mike needs your help to save what he has worked so hard for. You see less than 6 months ago Mike had a Stroke……..he couldn’t walk. Mike knew if he couldn’t walk he wouldn’t be able to mow his lawns and provide for his family. The doctors said he would have to go to a care facility 70 miles away from his wife Robin (who was still recovering from 2 Cancer surgery’s 1 in June and 1 in July of 2018) to learn how to walk again. There was no way that Mike was going that far away from Robin, not after 30yr’s together. And Mike certainly wasn’t going to let down his customers. With Mikes faith, strength and Robins love, After just 4 days in the Hospital Mike was up and walking on his own down the halls bringing ice chips and popsicles to his fellow patients. The doctors told Mike his recovery was a long uphill road but that he could go home and do out patient Stroke recovery treatment. While Mike has been recovering he has been unable to keep up the monthly mortgage payment on his home of 24 years. What should have been paid off in April 2019, Has become a $10,000 bank Foreclosure. Mike has worked hard in physical therapy and what could have taken years to relearn Mike has done in just a few short months. Mike has returned to his lawns and is able to keep up with his 2nd Mortgage at $460 per month due to a loan modification. But He is unable to catch that first mortgage up. Mike goes to work 6 days a week again although his doctors say he shouldn’t and does everything he can. It’s just not enough. That’s why I’m asking you to Please help save Mike’s home. Everything and anything helps. Please donate. Time is running out. The bank is going to take his Family home and sell it to pay the $10,000 that is left on his Mortgage. No amount is to small. With you help we can save Mike’s home.
