My beautiful sister, Jean, passed away tragically in a car accident and my brother and I need help to cover her funeral costs. We have our eyes on a coffin that costs $1500. The cost for the funeral director is also $1500, to get her body embalmed is $600 and the cost for her burial plot and gravestone is $800. The viewing and funeral service cost is $1200. We are able to cover some of the costs but we need your help in being able to cover the full cost of it all.
Jean Maggie Simonson was born July 18 1995 to Neil and Alissa of Saskatoon Saskatchewan. She was a beautiful young girl with an open and fun loving heart. She grew up with her two brothers, me (Seth) and Tanner. She grew up tough because we would always be fighting one another. When mom died in a car accident when Jean was only 13, she took it bravely. She was often the one to comfort Dad when he was having a rough time. She was such a pleasant girl and nice to everyone. She took care of dad after he had a heart attack but he was infected by his catheter and a few months later he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He lost the fight and he passed away on July 17 2013, one day before Jean turned 18. She became very sad and depressed and went to live with her Aunt Viola in Winnipeg. There she worked at a Tim Hortons for 3 years and then decided to move back to Saskatoon where she met Adam McAllister from Prince Albert. They fell in love and after a year of dating she moved in with him. When the couple was driving home from Saskatoon on November 3rd 2018 they met a drunk driver who didn’t stop at a stop sign and caused Adams truck to roll 6 times. Our Jeanie was killed. She was 23. Adam suffered brain damage, a broken arm, and few broken ribs. The drunk suffered no injuries. She is dearly missed by everyone who knew her. We all loved her so much and we all long to see the mischievous twinkle in her eyes, to see her flash her dazzling smile and hear her contagious laugh just one more time.
