Good morning, I would like to start by saying thank you for even just reading this. Anything is appreciated, even just thoughts and prayers!
I am the mother of 3 children ages 13, 8, and 3 months old. Although my husband works full time as a mechanic, our family has fallen on hard times.
Within the past year, we have lost our home, a great majority of our possessions, most of which are just replaceable material items that we aren’t in any hurry to replace, but we also lost some personal items such as photographs that cannot be replaced.
Our families do what they can to help us, but are limited financially as well. For the past 7 months my family and I have been living in a small, one bedroom, camper trailer. We are grateful and blessed to have a roof over our heads no matter the size, however the owner of the camper trailer wants to have it back by the end of April, leaving us with nowhere to go.
One of the reasons we are so strapped financially is because, due to losing our home, we’ve been saving up our income and aside from paying rent, utilities, and our other normal bills, and as of February 14th, we’ve been putting every penny into building a tiny home out of a 12X32 shed, that we also pay payments for. Unfortunately, now we are in a time crunch but we do not have the funds allotted for such a project in such a short amount of time.
We don’t have the time to save the first, last, and security to get into another place, nor do we have the funds to get the cabin finished by the end of the month. We’ve had about a month and a half and very limited funds to put into building this, we found out this morning we now have to give back the camper, and not much has been able to be done so far towards the cabin. It doesn’t have to be 100% completed, just livable. The bedrooms, (2 small), the bathroom, the kitchen. If we can just get it to where we can move in and we can worry about the rest as we go in time.
I am begging for help. We don’t know what to do or how we will get this done without the funds, where we will go or how we will afford it if we can’t get it built, we are just at such a great loss, and to be honest, I am scared. Thank you again, even for just reading.
