My wife and I are facing immense difficulties due to our beloved little boy’s mental disability and multiple health conditions. His complex medical needs require frequent doctor appointments and surgeries, making it impossible for my wife to work. As a result, we are navigating the harsh reality of trying to survive on a single income to support our three children.
In an effort to secure a slightly better income, I have taken a job away from home, but this has led to new challenges. My absence during the week affects our children, and the strain on our family is palpable. Our little man’s health conditions include heart issues, a G tube for feeding, and an anal malformation, necessitating constant care and attention.
The financial burden has become overwhelming, especially with recurring expenses for ostomy supplies and specialized food systems. While we receive some aid from the government, it only covers a fraction of our mounting expenses. I never imagined I would find myself in a position where I have to ask for help, but for the sake of my family, I am reaching out to you.
